A 17 minute flick that I co-wrote/directed/edited is playing at a local cinema on 1st of July.

It's about two mental patients on the run.
It's actually had a name change since I did this poster to Running Like Mad.
Twill be quite good, yeah.

That's a quality title. I'd like to have a ticket stub that says 'Beyond the Deckchairs'...

Yeah, I liked it too... unfortunately only the 5 people who made the flick get the title, in that it has nothing to do with the actual content. So we changed it to the less amusing but ultimately more fruitful Running Like Mad.
Coming to bottom shelf near you soon

Heheheh, Beyond the Deckchairs....
I'm not in with the joke, but I still find that hilarious.
Although Running Like Mad is a very cool title for the film.
Well done you.

It was shot on Digital 8 and will be shown through a DVD projector.
I've not been able to do a trailer (we only finished the credits yesterday) but it'll be done fairly soon.
Here's some vidcaps and behind the scenes pics.
Oh, and my avatar is from it as well

Those stills look really nice Untamed. Can you explain your avatar to me? One of my future projects involves hanging people from a tree and I 'd like to know the, um, safest way to do it.
Also hurry and knock up a trailer!

indeed the film is good. i watched it grow and devolop into the form it now takes (i was there when they were writing/shooting/editing some of it).
the 28 days later-style death scene is very shiny indeed. as are the credits and the shot with two of the same person sat next to each other talking.
the fact it was literally edited in his crotch makes it all the more impressive

Erm, safety is not really my fort?e. I just locked my legs around a branch and hoped for best.
Trailer will probably be up on my site by the end of the week.
